This is a Winamp Modern Skin fitting to the "mnlstk" Visual Style for Vista by
:iconinvaderjohn:

I know it's nothing special, but the first Winamp Skin I made, so be tolerant ;)

If you have any ideas for improving it or any problems - tell me.

It's good for a first winamp skin, only suggestion I have is to change the text for showing what's playing. Since big pixel text doesn't look good.

I've had a look through the xml, and also by reading the winamp modern skin development tutorial. I've been able to change the font.

The only file that needs changing is the player-normal.xml - I just changed the text element for the song information, here's what it is now, maybe you can update it in your own skin and re-upload to dA.

<text
id="songticker" ticker="1"
display="songname" default="" showlen="1"
x="98" y="221"
w="90" h="11"
font="font.tff" fontsize="10" forceuppercase="1"
/>

It won't look completely the same, because it's being anti-aliased, but if you put anti-aliased off then the font looks crap.

I've found a better way of doing what you're trying to achieve. I noticed that the font you've used isn't the same that's used throughout the skin. You've used one of the the 04b fonts I think it was, but you need to use harxcorp font. Then it shows up perfectly well ;)
